How to Order Vulcanized Gaskets

Multi-Point VI vulcanized gaskets are identified by a 10-digit part number (6XX7-XXXX-XX).

To order:

1. Using the Selection Guide, fill in the 2nd and 3rd digits to identity the elastomer and its corresponding conductive particle.
2. The 4th digit is always 7 to identity Vulcanized Gaskets.
3. Use the 5th digit to identity the shape of the part:
      0 Rectangular
      2 Ring
      3 Special
4. Use the 6th digit to identify the wall cross-section:
      1 Round
      2 "D" shape
      3 "U" shape
      4 Rectangular or Square
      5 "T" shape
      6 Special (ribbed)
5. Leave the 7th and 8th digits as XX. CSI will assign a sequential part number.
6. Use the 9th and 10th digits to identity the Shore A durometer of the elastomer from the Selection Guide.

Example:
To order Multi-Point VI-SPC vulcanized gaskets of special shape with round wall crosssection, silicone elastomer, 60 durometer; order 6277-31 XX-60.
